1. About us

Interior Collabs (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides interior design services, workshops, and digital products to private clients in the UK, delivered online and in person.

We are not architects, structural engineers, contractors, or project managers unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By enquiring, booking, purchasing, paying for, or using any service or product from Interior Collabs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the relevant Service Schedule(s).

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed.

3. Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Interior design advice and concept development

  • Space planning and layout guidance

  • Furniture, finishes, and colour selection

  • Mood boards, visuals, and reference imagery

  • PDF design packs and educational materials

  • Workshops and digital products

The exact scope of work will be confirmed in writing before commencement.
Anything not explicitly included is excluded.

4. Service schedules

These Terms & Conditions are supported by the following schedules, which form part of this agreement:

  • Schedule A – Online Design Services

  • Schedule B – In-Person Design Services

  • Schedule C – Workshops & Digital Products

The relevant schedule(s) apply depending on the service purchased.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Supply correct measurements, photos, plans, and site details

  • Review deliverables within agreed timeframes

  • Check suitability, dimensions, and compatibility of all items before purchase

Interior Collabs is not responsible for errors, delays, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you or third parties.

6. Fees and payment

6.1 All fees are confirmed in writing and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Interior Collabs reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or delay services until payment is received in full.

6.4 Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6.5 All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.6 Payment of any invoice confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellations, refunds & changes

Due to the bespoke and time-based nature of our services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Completed work is non-refundable

  • Partially completed work will be charged proportionally

Consultations, workshops, and bookings may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to notice and availability.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, documents, workshop materials, and digital products created by Interior Collabs remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials:

  • For one property (where applicable)

  • For personal, non-commercial use only

You may not reproduce, resell, share, distribute, or reuse the materials, nor pass them to another designer, contractor, or third party for reuse.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

9. Design implementation & third parties

Interior Collabs does not control contractors, suppliers, or trades.

We are not responsible for:

  • Build quality or workmanship

  • Supplier delays, defects, or failures

  • Variations between visuals and final installed outcomes

All visuals and drawings are illustrative only and must not be treated as construction documents.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service or product

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including illness, supplier disruption, or extreme events.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

SCHEDULE A – ONLINE DESIGN SERVICES

This schedule applies to all services delivered remotely.

  1. Services are provided based solely on client-supplied information

  2. Measurements, site conditions, and suitability are not verified

  3. Advice is given in good faith but relies entirely on your inputs

  4. Deliverables are provided as PDFs with hyperlinks, not live platforms

  5. We are not responsible for ordering, installation, or site decisions

  6. Implementation of advice is at your own risk

Online services are advisory only.

SCHEDULE B – IN-PERSON DESIGN SERVICES

This schedule applies to services involving site visits.

  1. You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property

  2. You are responsible for health and safety on site

  3. Site visits are observational, not technical inspections

  4. We do not supervise works or manage contractors unless agreed in writing

  5. Travel boundaries and fees are agreed in advance

  6. Photography may be taken for reference and marketing unless you opt out in writing

Presence on site does not imply responsibility for construction outcomes.

SCHEDULE C – WORKSHOPS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This schedule applies to all workshops and digital products provided by Interior Collabs.

1. Scope

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • In-person workshops

  • Online workshops or classes

  • Digital downloads (PDFs, guides, templates, workbooks)

  • Recorded or educational content

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Bookings & payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase

  • Places are limited and non-transferable unless agreed in writing

  • Digital products are supplied electronically and considered delivered immediately

3. Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling

Workshops:

  • Tickets are non-refundable

  • You may transfer your place to another person with prior notice

  • We may reschedule or cancel a workshop if necessary

  • If we cancel, you will be offered a refund or an alternative date

Travel and accommodation costs are your responsibility.

Digital products:

  • Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are available once accessed or downloaded

4. Use of content

All workshop materials and digital products remain the intellectual property of Interior Collabs.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the materials for your own learning and personal projects only.

You may not share, copy, distribute, resell, teach, or commercially exploit the content in any form.

5. No professional reliance

Workshop and digital content:

  • Does not constitute professional, technical, or construction advice

  • Is not a substitute for site-specific interior design services

  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for purchasing or building decisions

All implementation is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Photography & recording

  • We may photograph or record workshops for marketing and educational use

  • You may opt out by notifying us in writing before the workshop

  • Participants may not record workshops or reproduce content without permission

7. Participation & outcomes

You are responsible for determining suitability of workshops or products.

We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or individual learning success.

8. Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

No refund will be issued in such cases.
